Once you have placed an order through our website, we will send you the receipt, and the order number via email. You will also be notified on the estimated time to receiving your product.

Unfortunately, gift vouchers are not available at our website.
1.7 Do you all provide discount codes/coupons?
Yes, we do. We update our customers through their email on the on-going offers, where they can make use of the given discount codes/coupons to SAVE more!
1.8 Is there any additional charges to be made if I pay through Paypal?
Yes, an additional 4% off the total value will be charged due to PayPal charges.

2. Discounts & Promotions
2.1 Are members entitled to further discount for promotional items?
Nope. Our promotional items are priced at a standard rate for everybody's purchase.
2.2 Are discount code available for SALE items?
Nope. Only for non-sale items.

3. Products and Samples
3.1 Do you have product samples for all your products?
Unfortunately, we do not have samples for all of our current products. For more in-depth information of our product samples, click here.
3.2 Will the product be suitable for me if I have skin allergy?
For customers who are prone to skin allergy, we advise them to examine the product ingredients list carefully before ascertaining whether the product is safe for use.
It is also suggested for our customers to do a patch test on the product before applying it on a larger skin surface.
Once you have received your product, it is recommended that you test the product first by applying a small amount of it on your wrist. Within 24 hours after application, check if there are any signs of skin irritation (e.g redness, rashes, burning sensation, itchiness, etc) occurring on the applied area of skin. If any of the mentioned symptoms occur, wash off the product immediately with warm water or a damp cloth.
You should also consult your general practitioner if you have any skin conditions like eczema, before using our products.
3.3 Are your products safe for pregnant women?
It is preferred for customers who are pregnant to shop for products under the "Baby& Moms" category. The products we carry under this category specifically cater to customers going through pre and post pregnancy.
Products from other categories may not be advisable for use, as they may contain essential oils that are not suitable for pregnant women.
For safety purposes, it is recommended that you consult your general practitioner first before using the products.

4. Delivery & other services
4.1 What are your delivery rates?
Domestic Orders, within Singapore
SingPost regular mail: delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your package which will be stated automatically at the point of check-out. Pease note that if using this method of delivery the parcel cannot be tracked and no signature will be required.
Due to SingPost regulations, regular mail is not an option for parcels weighing 2kg+. In this case a courier service will be used to deliver orders to your nominated address and a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. Costs for the courier service will be discussed with the customer at the time of an order being placed..
SingPost Registered Mail: SingPost also offer a trackable delivery method for an additional fee. This means that your parcel can be tracked using an order number, which you will be given, and that a signature will be required upon receipt of goods.
4.2 Do you take up deliveries for international addresses?
Yes we do international deliveries. For all international orders, we uses SingPost Registered Mail or SpeedPost Air Parcel. All rates and charges are automatically calculated at the point of checkout based on the weight of the goods, including the packaging.
For international orders, the timeframe for delivery, if the product/s is in stock, is between 7-14 working days, depending on the region of delivery and unless otherwise stated.
Please note that for some countries, there may be additional taxes and duties that will be levied upon receipt of goods. These costs are borne solely by the customer and are NOT the responsibility of Natureskin.
Goods may also be subject to customs inspections and/or fees as per the regulations of the destination country. We will not be responsible for any such fees or taxes under any circumstances. As customs policies vary widely from country to country please check the restrictions in the country of delivery before placing an order.
4.3 How do I track my orders?
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a receipt together with an order number. To enquire the status of your order, look for the "Track Order" (a delivery box icon) at the top right hand corner of our website, and insert your order number there.
4.4 Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
Yes. Upon checking out your item(s), we will provide you with the option to gift-wrap them. Our gift-wrapping services range from $2 onwards, and we also entertain special requests for gift-wrapping.
4.5 What forms of packaging do you offer?
We usually offer envelopes as a form of packaging for our products. However, we do have other alternatives for products that may need other forms of packaging, such as bubble wrap, single box, bubble wrap with double box.
*For fragile products that are encased in brittle materials like glass, we highly recommend that you double box your items (paper/bubble wrap is included). Bulky items on the other hand, should be packaged in a parcel, as they may not be able to fit into an

5. Cancelling Policy
5.1 What should I do if I wish to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you should do so within the same day that you purchase your product. This is to ensure that your request gets processed, as we do not entertain any cancelling requests after 7 working days upon receiving your parcel.
Do understand that If we aren't notified on time, your order may be sent out for dispatch, and we will not be able to cancel your order in time.
5.2 Are there any penalty charges involved?
Yes, 25% off your total bill (excluding delivery cost) will be beared by you.
We would recommend our customers to do an exchange instead, so they do not have to bear the penalty charge.
5.3 If I am not able to cancel my order in time, may I choose to return the product(s) to you?
Yes, returning the product to us is a viable option as well. However, please ensure that the product is still in its original package and state. If the product is in unsatisfactory condition, we will be unable to make a refund to you.
However, do note that we will not accept any requests to return the product after 7 working days upon receiving your parcel.
If conditions are met, an email will be sent to you by our customer service, to acknowledge the approval for returning the product. Following that, a partial refund will be made to you within 2 weeks.
The calculation for the refund is as follows: Partial Refund (excluding delivery charge)= Total bill – Penalty cost

6. Exchange Policy
6.1 Willl I be able to exchange my product(s) If I am unsatisfied with them?
Yes, you may exchange your products within 7 working days after receiving your parcel.
Simply provide us with the details of the exchange by emailing our customer service at (customerservice@thenatureskin.com). Please include your name, contact number, invoice number, and the name of the product that you wish to exchange, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

7.1 How can I purchase your items at wholesale?

Once we have processed your request, we will send you a document for you to proceed on to ordering.

7.2 How long will my order take to arrive?
We try to pack and deliver your orders within 5 working days to the allocated address, if we have the stocks available. However, there may be times whereby we need to reorder from our principal company (which is situated overseas), and the process may require up to 2 to 3 weeks. It would be advisable to place your items a few weeks in advance.
We will normally deliver the items personally, so you can check the items on the spot and inform us of any default or feedbacks immediately. We would like to take the extra step to enhance our working relationship with you.
7.3 What are the items/ brands that are available on a wholesale basis?

7.5 Are there delivery charges included?
We advise our partners to meet the minimum order requirement, so they do not need to bear the delivery charges. However, we would also like to provide you the flexibility if you wish to order less. Hence, for any wholesale order less than our $120, an additional delivery charge of $28 will be included.
7.6 Do you all provide marketing materials together with my orders?
We do provide you the marketing materials (like samples, brochures, carrier bags and posters) if we have any on hand. However, we do not have them available for all brands. You can email to us at the admin@thenatureskin.com to enquire.
